This morning it feels like I am standing in the eye of the hurricane. On all sides so much suffering. You feel it – you see it too. This earth walk is not easy for so many. Sometimes it has not been easy for us – as the chaos can grab us up – tossing us around like rag dolls. When we are blessed with moments of peace, it behooves us to offer prayers for those who suffer.

Pray – let every thought be a prayer call.
Meditate – even a moment is a start, close your eyes and take a breath with God.

Service – and through serving the people and all of life offering service to the Beloved.
